Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Çeyiz.co mobile app and the ceyiz.co website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms.

1. The Service

Çeyiz.co offers tools for trousseau lists, budget and instalment tracking, events and tasks, a guest list and invitations, a gold book, a guest album and warranty tracking. We may improve, change or discontinue features of the Service.

2. Your account

• You must be over 18 to create an account.
• You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email; once Apple and Google sign-in are available, those accounts can be used too. You are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with.
• The information in your account must be accurate.

3. Couple account and your partner

• A couple has at most two members. You add your partner with an invite code or invite link. Share the code only with your partner; you can renew it in the app at any time.
• Both members of a couple have equal rights: your partner can also see, edit and delete the couple’s lists, budget, events, tasks, guest list, gold book and album.
• If one member deletes their account, the shared data stays with the other member. See Account deletion for details.

4. Your content

The content you add to lists, notes, receipts and the album belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content being lawful and for having the right to share it.

5. Guest album and invitations

• The couple can create an album link and QR code for each event. The couple decides whom to share the link with.
• Guests can upload photos, videos or voice recordings without an account. For each event with an album, uploads open on the day of the event and close at the end of the 7th day after it. The couple can close an album earlier at any time. The guest album is a Pro feature: uploads are not accepted while the couple has no Pro subscription or the event has no date.
• Whoever uploads confirms that they have the right to share the content and that the people in it do not object to it being shared. These terms also apply to guests who upload.
• A guest cannot delete their own upload afterwards; they can ask the couple or [email protected] to remove it.
• Uploads are shared only with the couple; guests do not see the album. The couple can remove content they do not want; removed content is permanently deleted after 30 days.
• The couple can send each guest on its guest list a personal invitation link for the events the guest is invited to. The couple is responsible for the guests’ details it enters and for whom it shares a link with.
• A guest sees their own invitation without an account and can reply, and change the reply, until the end of the event day. The couple can also record the reply in the app.
• Adding and editing guests and sending invitations is a Pro feature. Invitations already sent still open and take replies after Pro ends. The link stops working if the guest is removed from the list or from the event, or the event is deleted.

6. Prohibited use

• uploading content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is obscene, hateful or violent,
• using someone else’s invite code, album link or invitation link without permission,
• trying to bypass the Service’s security or access its data without authorisation,
• using automated tools in a way that overloads the Service.

In these cases we may remove the content concerned, or suspend or close the account.

7. Calculations and AI results

Currency conversions use the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) rate of the day an amount is entered and are for information only. Totals, instalment plans and warranty dates are based on the information you enter. Çeyiz.co does not give financial or legal advice.

With Import your list (Pro), the photos, files and text you import are read by AI. Depending on the handwriting, the photo quality and the layout of the file, the results may be wrong or incomplete; you check and confirm them before saving, and nothing is added to your lists without your confirmation.

8. Campaigns and links

Products on the Campaigns page are sold by third-party stores. Price, stock, delivery and returns are subject to that store’s terms; the current price is the one on the seller’s page. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

9. Paid features and subscriptions

• Some Çeyiz.co features may be offered as a paid subscription. The price, period and what is included are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play, and payment is charged to your store account.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged to your store account.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the app or your Çeyiz.co account does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the paid subscription starts.
• Refunds are subject to the terms of the store concerned.

10. Intellectual property

All rights in the Çeyiz.co name, logo, design and software are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the software.

11. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for Çeyiz.co’s content, maintenance or support.

12. Liability

We provide the Service with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the Service. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence and does not remove consumers’ statutory rights.

13. Closing your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms. In both cases, what happens to the data is described on the Account deletion page.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above and announce important changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the Consumer Courts above those limits. This does not affect the mandatory rights that the law of your country of residence gives consumers.
